I hope everyone enjoyed the short break!

We have three weeks until winter break. During these three weeks students will be completing writing tests and other tasks to complete the quarter. Report cards will be sent home December 16.

School continues this week through Distance Learning.  

Please support in ensuring your child has a set place to learn and connect with his or her teacher every morning at 8:15am.

Tuesday:

8:15a-10:15a: VAPA Grade 4

10:30a-12:20p: VAPA Grade 1

10a- 12p: Device Support & Distribution  

Wednesday: 

8:15a-10:15a: VAPA Grade 5

10:30a-12:20p: VAPA Grade 2

10a- 12p: Device Support & Distribution  

Thursday:

8:15a-10:15a: VAPA Grade 6

10:30a-12:20p: VAPA Grade 3

10a- 12p: Device Support & Distribution  

Friday:

9:15a-11:30a: VAPA Grade K

Picture Day

We are happy to inform you we will be having PICTURE DAY during this distance learning program. Pictures will be taken from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  The schedule is as follows:

                   K / 1st / 2nd / 3rd/ 4th= December 09, 2020. 

                   5th / 6th / Tk / Makeup’s= December 11, 2020. 

Pictures will be taken in our upper parking lot. Cars, please line up at the entrance to the school and follow the signs on the sidewalk. Gerardy staff will be guiding the student from the car to the picture set up and back. Please have your student wear a mask, and only remove it at the instructed time for the picture. Parents will remain in their vehicles. Your child may also be brought to picture day by an authorized person over 18 years old. Parents don’t need to be present. Students/Parents/Visitors will NOT be allowed on campus.  

Devices for Distance Learning:

Device requests have decreased, and we currently have loaner devices immediately available if your child needs a device to access the Distance Learning program. 

Until further notice, requests are now available for pick up immediately.  Just complete the link below and pick up your child’s device between 10am-12pm on Monday -Friday.
