Devices and Tech Support

Hello Juarez-Lincoln Families,

In order to access the Distance Learning program and connect with teachers, your child will need a tablet or laptop and internet access.

If your child needs a loaner device to connect with the teacher, please click the link below to request a device.

***Beginning March 1, Device support and distribution dates at Juarez-Lincoln have been modified to Mondays, Wednesdays, a and Fridays from 11am-1pm.


Currently we have devices available for pick up. After you submit your information, you can pick up the device for your child between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday at Juarez-Lincoln.

Please keep in mind:
• Your child must be enrolled at Juarez-Lincoln in the 2020-2021 school year to receive a device or internet hot spot.
• Do not fill-out the form if you do not need a device.

Are you having trouble with your device?

If you borrowed a Lenovo ThinkPad device from our school and you are having issues with sound and camera, bring it by Juarez-Lincoln and we will adjust the settings to ensure the device is functioning properly.

We will have staff at Juarez-Lincoln this week in front of the school to provide tech support between 10:00am-12:00pm on FRIDAY.

Parent Tech Helpline:

Our District has also established a Parent Helpline to provide technical support with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, as well as assistance for District-adopted online programs (i.e. Achieve 3000). Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The parent helpline number is 619-409-6638.
