JL Bulletin: Week of Oct. 10-14, 2022

Hello Juarez-Lincoln families,

Welcome Back to Quarter 2

We are now kicking off quarter 2. We are all very excited to welcome all our students and families back to school! Quarter 2 begins Tuesday, October 11, 2022 for students. This will be a minimum day. ALL students dismissed at 1:30pm.

In addition to our Instructional Foci, our theme this year is that we can make magic happen when we believe and try to make the impossible, possible. We plan to welcome our students back with an Eagle Way Assembly and an amazing Magic Performance Assembly by Ian the Magician!!

Important drop-off and pick-up information:

Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and cooperation during drop-off and dismissal. Student safety is everyone’s number one priority. Please wait until you are in the yellow zone prior to having your child load or unload from the vehicle.  For safety reasons, park only in designated areas and do not park in red or yellow zones. Also, please note that upper grade students are dismissed at 2:45pm. Any families picking up upper grade students before 2:45pm will be asked to loop around.

At the heart of our teaching, we strive to cultivate intellect, relevance & relationships by making connections with students’ authenticity, language, and cultural backgrounds.

Thank you!

Mr. Pollack, School Principal
