Hello Juarez-Lincoln families,
This month of September’s character trait is ENTHUSIASM. Let’s show and transmit our enthusiasm for learning and our unique passions and talents.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences continue this week through Thursday, September 16. All conference days are minimum days and students will be dismissed at 1:30pm. Conferences are a great opportunity ask questions and learn about how you child is progressing in school.
Click HERE to access the CVESD Safe Return handbook and the 2021-22 Juarez-Lincoln Family Handbook for more important information and safety guidelines.
Please do not send your children to school if they are showing any Covid-19 related symptoms. Please note that children showing symptoms will be sent home.

Important drop-off and pick-up information:
Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and cooperation during drop-off and dismissal. Student safety is everyone’s number one priority.
Please wait until you are in the yellow zone prior to having your child load or unload from the vehicle. Also, please model safety by using crosswalks during drop-off and dismissal times.
Also note that students not picked up during dismissal by 3:00p on regular days and 1:55p on minimum days will need to wait inside the front office to be picked up. Students will only be released to adults authorized to pick them up.
CVESD Mask Policy
Beginning Monday, August 30, The Chula Vista Elementary School District will mandate properly positioned and correctly fitted masks to be worn on District campuses at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Adults may only remove masks when actively eating or drinking. Students may remove their masks only to play at recess and to eat, both of which should happen outdoors. Masks are required in hallways while traveling to and from the playground and lunch area.
Coming to school on time is the first best decision students make. Please help your children come to school no later than 8:10a. At 8:15a, instruction begins! Please participate in your child’s success by bringing them to school on time each and every day.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing everyone bright and early Monday morning!
Mr. Pollack, School Principal
