Hello Juarez-Lincoln Families, 

Preparations for the phased return to In-Person School (via the Hybrid Model) are underway.  

For planning purposes, we need information from every family:  Please complete the survey for each child in your household that attends Juarez-Lincoln.

The Parent Survey describes general details about CVESD’s Re-Opening Plan.  An FAQ from the district is also available on our school blog. 

We would appreciate if everyone completed the survey by Friday, January 22, 2021.  If your response is not submitted by January 25, 2021, your child WILL BE PLACED in a distance learning classroom.
