Our Student Council and volunteers will transform our auditorium with music and black lights! Join for some fun dancing and to help support our Student-Council. Snacks and refreshments will be sold at the dance! Tickets must be purchased in advanced.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Mar. 14-March 22
Parent-Teacher Conferences begin next week! Your child will bring a conference sign up form. Make sure to complete it and send it back your child’s teacher so that you can learn how your child is progressing in reading, writing, and math and ways you can support your child.
Here are some questions you can ask to guide your conference:
•What are my child’s strengths?
•What are my child’s areas of growth?
•What did my child struggle on on his/her last math test?
•What is my child’s Lexile Reading level? What is his/her reading goal?
•What is my child’s DRA Reading level? What is his/her goal?
•What can I do to support at home?

Come join us in the Juarez-Lincoln Professional Development Center to learn about how we are strive to ensure our language learners succeed. You are invited to learn about what is happening at Juarez-Lincoln and participate in an open dialogue with the principal and guest speakers.
All parents are invited. Refreshments will be served.
At this meeting, guest speaker: Mr. Martin Arias, Crime Prevention Specialist, from the San Diego County District Attorney Prevention and Intervention Programs will share important and relevant information on Anti-Bullying and Cyber- Bullying Prevention.
ELAC is an acronym for English Learner Advisory Committee. ELAC is an elected committee of parents, staff, and community members specifically designated to advise school officials on English Learner program services.
